T&R Sync Technologies ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect
When you use the "Send an enquiry" form, we collect:
- your name;
- the name of your school or company;
- your phone number or email address;
- what you are interested in; and
- any message you choose to write.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email instead, we receive the details you give us in that conversation. WhatsApp is run by a separate company and has its own privacy terms.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, to provide a quote or a walkthrough, and to keep a record of our communication with you. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is stored on our server and may be sent to our staff by email. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map. When these load, Google may receive your IP address and browser details. This website does not set tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of the enquiry. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
How we protect it
The website runs on a secured server. Access to enquiries is limited to our staff, and the form includes protection against automated abuse.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update it; and
- delete it, or stop using it.
To do so, email info@tandrsynctechnologies.co.za. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
Stelink school information
This notice covers this website only. When a school uses Stelink, the school decides what learner and parent information is stored in its own Stelink system, and the school's own privacy practices apply to that information.
