One system for the whole school
Stelink is a single system rather than a collection of separate tools: one learner record feeds every screen.
Attendance
Each learner's attendance (present, absent, late or excused) is recorded daily, and parents are notified straight away.
Homework
Set work by subject, grade and class. Learners can submit files directly in the app.
Results and report cards
Capture term and year-end marks and comments, and produce printable report card PDFs.
Fees and finance
Term balances, payments and statements for every learner, with a school-wide dashboard of fees received and outstanding.

Live chat between parents and the school, with online status and typing indicators, so nothing is lost in WhatsApp groups.
Timetables and calendar
Weekly timetables by grade and class, plus a single calendar for meetings, events, sport and exams.
Parent-teacher meetings
Teachers open time slots, parents book online, and the booking appears in both calendars.
Period cover
When a teacher is absent, the open periods appear for admin, who can assign a free teacher. Free teachers can also ask to cover a period.

Timetable and clash protection
Weekly periods by grade and class, with recess and lunch. The same teacher or room can never be booked twice, and a learner who changes class gets their new timetable automatically.
Syllabus tracker
One shared topic outline per grade, subject and term. Teachers tick off what has been covered, and learners and parents can see what is being taught.
How period cover works
An absence is logged, Stelink lists the periods that need cover, free teachers of that grade are offered them fairly, and one tap accepts. Admin can also assign cover directly.
Who's Free live display
A live staffroom or reception screen shows which teachers are free right now. Share it with one link, with no sign-in needed. The link works for 7 days and can be switched off at any time.
Suspensions with a fair appeal
The principal and admin suspend and reinstate learners on the record. The parent sees the reason and an appeal box, and the learner stays blocked until the administrator and the principal both approve.
At-risk learners flagged early
Absence streaks and absence combined with unpaid fees are flagged by simple rules, with a weekly reminder to school leadership.

A private database for every school
